About Us

Gourmet PITAS on the Go

With over 25 years experience in the restaurant industry, Yummy Pita offers a unique concept of gourmet PITA sandwiches, including the Classic Gyro.  Our trailer travels to local farm markets, festivals, breweries, wineries, live music events, & more.

We are based out of Malvern, OH and travel to Canton, Massillon, Akron, New Philidelphia, Columbiana and more.  We specialize in quick service lunches at local companies & hospitals where time is of the essence.

GOURMET PITAS & GYROS

We specialize in gourmet pita sandwiches, including GYROS!  All pita sandwiches are made fresh to order, grilled not fried, & offer a healthier alternative to fair food.  We have vegetarian & gluten free options.  Any pita can be made over a bed of lettuce instead of pita bread.  Our sides include homemade potato salad or coleslaw and bags of kettle chips.

Shaved ribeye smothered in sauteed mushrooms, onions, & peppers, topped with shredded provolone cheese on a grilled pita

BUFFALO CHICKEN PITA

Grilled chicken topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and buffalo sauce on a grilled pita

TUNA PITA

Scoops of fresh tuna salad topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, & cucumbers on a grilled pita

PIGGY PITA

Pulled pork topped with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, pickles, crispy fried onions on a grilled pita

VEGGI PITA

Sauteed mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, spinach, & black olives topped with shredded cheese & lettuce, drizzled with tzatziki sauce on a grilled pita

Gluten Free or Keto Friendly Option: Any Pita can be served in a bowl over lettuce (no pita)
